Angels Senior Living at Connerton Court

Connerton Court strives to provide an assisted living community to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of its residents, embracing ‘excellence’ as its only acceptable standard. Our facility features a chapel, movie theater, and activity rooms for games, arts and crafts, or exercise. Everything about the facility design was focused on assisting residents with the activities of daily living, enriching their lives, and ensuring their dignity. The Assisted Living neighborhood promotes social interaction and stimulating activities. The Memory Care neighborhood ensures a high quality of life for residents living with dementia.

Connerton Court is located along Highway 41 in the rapidly growing area of the same name in Land O’ Lakes. We have been a member of the Land O’ Lakes family since 2012. This location provides the opportunity to serve residents from a large area including: Brooksville, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Hudson, Odessa, Trinity, and many more. We offer private and semi-private suites, one bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments that each feature their own restroom.

Connerton Court is blessed with staff ranging from aides that have spent their careers in assisted living facilities, and at the other end of the spectrum we have students interested in geriatric care as a physician, nurse, and care aide. It is wonderful to see a new generation so eager to help our elderly, and Connerton Court is pleased to staff many of these future leaders.
