At Autumn Accolade we are beginning our 15th year in business and we hold a Certification (CDP) Certified Dementia Practitioner. Our staff is trained and dedicated to our residents.

We are only minutes from shopping, hospital, dining, and parks.

We are centrally located between Pekin, Green Valley, Manito, Delavan, Bartonville, East Peoria and only 40 minutes from Bloomington and 30 Minutes from Peoria.

Out Facility has two wings that give you a feel of a much smaller and personal home. There are 20 private rooms on each wing. The great room where all the activity happens is centrally located and easy to find.

We were awarded in 2006 The Division of Rehabilitation Services Employer Recognition Award by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

KEY AND MOST IMPOTANT: At our facility we cater to the older more vulnerable individuals who are not ready for a nursing home but need more assistance than they can provide for themselves at home or that most assisted living facilities will not deal with.

Our facility is slower paced and if you are able to golf etc., you most likely would not be a candidate for us. Or, maybe you would, if you like peace, quiet and friendly surroundings.

Never make a decision without touring Autumn Accolade. It is privately owned and has no ties to institutional living, and has a dedicated owner and staff. Autumn Accolade is surprisingly cost efficient and near a metropolitan area.

Autumn Accolade Inc. is in itself a unique and beautiful home for those who can’t keep up the pace of caring for their home any longer.

Located 5 miles south of Pekin IL and 8 miles North of Green Valley IL and on a country estate with gracious space to walk from the patio and garden area to the one acre fenced rear lawn.

We are a large 40 bedroom home with all of the features that you may have in your own home.
Plenty of parking in the front of the building if you want to bring your car.

We have spacious 12’ x 18’ rooms and private baths, plus your own heating and air conditioning controls that are monitored by the staff for your comfort and safety.

We furnish or you can bring your own furniture. When you feel the need visit our 60 x 60 great room and enjoy the north view allowed by a wall of light pouring windows that overlook the flower garden.

The family room is also stocked with books of all kinds or possibly watch a movie with friends or family.

The kitchen is always available with food or snacks, just ask one of the staff members.

Our costs figures out to be a mere $3.46 per hour.

We are only minutes from Pekin IL where you will find shopping, Doctors, Hospitals and Parks.

We encourage family participation in you outings and life experiences.
