Autumn Leaves Greenville is a family owned business. This is the first Autumn Leaves to open in South Carolina and they took their first resident April 19, 2017. This is a 54 bed memory care community. As you enter through the front door you will encounter a large living room with cathedral ceilings and then walk through wide hallways with tons of natural light. Three interior courtyards are also available for the residents. Autumn Leaves of Greenville is a purpose built community, and believe me their is a difference.
