Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes are filled with energy efficient appliances, such as, stove, refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwaves! Each apartment also has their own washer/dryer connections. The homes are a spacious 700-900 sq.ft. that is beautifully designed to maximize every inch of space.
Outside there is covered parking available at a small additional fee. Inside, we have a gathering area, kitchen area, drink machine, indoor mailboxes, fitness room, small library, laundry facilities on each floor
Rents include water, sewer, trash and basic cable. You will pay your own electric and internet/phone.
