Azalea Place

Azalea Place is an assisted living community located at the south end of Henderson Texas. We are in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood yet still close to shopping and historic downtown Henderson.

Our registered dietician develops individualized meal plans based on each resident’s health needs and personal preferences. Residents and families rave about our home cooked meals and decadent desserts. While most residents prefer to dine with their friends in our restaurant style dining room meals can be brought to your apartment upon request.

We are a pet friendly community and we offer an engaging fun activity schedule including:

We also offer outdoor activities such as horseshoes, nature walks, gardening in our courtyard and the Fit for Life program.

At Azalea Place, we provide personalized, attentive care in a warm home-like environment. We offer respite care, short term stay programs and a home visit program. Residents can also enjoy the convenience of onsite rehabilitation services. Each resident has a care plan that is developed with their input as well as input from their doctors and families. We have 24-hour on site staff, including a Registered Nurse. We offer medication assistance and assistance with activities of daily living if needed.
