Brookdale Collin Oaks provides seniors with high-quality memory care and assisted living services in Plano, TX. We are just 20 miles outside of Dallas, which means that our residents can enjoy all of the state’s best cultural and recreational activities without having to endure the hassle of big city life.

Our community is situated on two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds that include gardens, an outdoor courtyard, numerous bird feeders and a serene walking path. The interior of our community was designed to look and feel like a personal home, making our residents feel more comfortable and at ease. We are a single story community which means that our seniors can move about the property easily.
