ABOUT BROOKDALE CREEKSIDE

Brookdale Creekside is a well-respected memory care community in Plano, Texas that serves the needs of seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We are located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood that’s close to many great amenities. Our community is set on beautifully landscaped grounds that feature a private enclosed courtyard, walking paths and gardens. It’s the perfect area for residents to safely enjoy the gorgeous outdoors, whether it’s for bird-watching, gardening or soaking up the sunshine.

At our community, we believe that people who have memory impairment should be treated with value and respect. We offer a leading memory care program, called the Clare Bridge Program, that provides a familiar yet gentle routine for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Our community was designed specifically for memory care residents. It has the same look and feel as a traditional home in order to help seniors feel more comfortable in our community. Our well-trained and caring staff are on hand, 24 hours a day, to ensure our seniors are well cared for.
