Brookdale Pleasant Prairie

Brookdale Pleasant Prairie is an assisted living community in Kenosha Wisconsin. Our apartments are available for either single or double occupancy. All apartments have private bathrooms that are wheelchair and walker accessible. Apartments are carpeted and include individual climate controls and ample storage space. Kitchenettes include cabinets for storage, and microwaves and refrigerators for those days when you wish to cook for yourself.

We offer transportation to offsite activities such as:

  When the weather is not favorable for outdoor outings or activities such as gardening or walking our beautiful grounds we provide many enjoyable indoor activities:

  We have staff available at all times to assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, medication management, chronic disease monitoring and nutritional needs. We also assist with tasks such as housekeeping, laundry service and pet care.
