Brookdale Peoria Union Hills is centrally located in the city of Peoria and just at the border of Sun City. Our community is set on four beautifully landscaped acres with spacious walking paths, courtyards and gardens. Residents enjoy our 200 square foot studio apartments, all of which are on one level for easy access. Our pet-friendly apartments come both furnished and unfurnished depending on the resident’s preference and also include:
