Alzheimer/Dementia

Canyon Creek’s aim is to empower residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia to enhance and maintain their capabilities, physical functioning, and living life to the fullest in a cozy environment for as long as possible. Our Life Series Program fosters autonomy, dignity, and self-esteem through our compassionate staff that are proficient in providing care for residents with dementia. This care consists of exciting activities, a specified building scheme, and sensitivity to our residents’ needs.

Independent Living

Independent Living is tailored for energetic residents who likes the convenience and safety of a fully staffed facility, while giving them access to classy dining, various activities, transportation services, stress-free home maintenance, and other amenities.
