Cardinal Point a CCRC

Cardinal Point is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) which means that our residents move in when they are independent and active, truly being able to participate in all we have to offer! Additionally, we are also licensed for Assisted Living, so as the years go on, the resident can utilize our Care Staff for their needs in the comfort and privacy of their own apartment without ever having to move again!

Resort style living includes concierge service, massage room, spa and salon, outdoor heated pool, first-class dining and weekly housekeeping. Enjoy the private theater, fitness room, business center, community activities and much more.

We offer Studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment homes, all with the amenities that make Cardinal Point living a true luxury lifestyle! We have an Entrance Fee ranging from $180,000.00 to $600,000.00 that is 97% refundable. Our monthly fees range from $3,500.00 to $6,000.00 PLUS any additional charges for care. The second resident in an apartment is always $950.00 per month.

Please note that the pricing for our Entrance Fee and our Monthly Fee is subject to change, as our apartment homes are priced at market pricing for the area at the time that they become available and will vary depending on the size and location of the unit in our community.

We do have a select number of studio apartments that are income qualified affordable housing as well. For this program, the resident must have a gross yearly income of less than $32,750.00, including 2% of assets, though this changes every year and is determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This is a really great program and very unique to our style community. The monthly fee is $2,300.00 PLUS any additional charges for care.

We are presently 100% occupied and we encourage anyone interested in moving to Cardinal Point in the future to join our waitlist. We do anticipate there will be apartment vacancies this year and the waitlist is the only way to move into our community!
