Carriage Oaks

Carriage Oaks is an Independent Living 80 apartment style home community located in St. Charles Il. We are a not for profit community governed by a Board of Directors – 3 of whom live within the community and are voted in by their peers, 2 outside Directors appointed by our Sponsors City of St. Charles and St. Charles Township as well as a member from Essex Communities our management company. We have a variety of amenities and services including and optional dinner meal program Monday through Friday, Transportation services for Dr’s appointments, grocery shopping and social outings. We have an in house beauty shop, coffee shop, library, craft room, billiards room and underground parking. Just recently we underwent a total common area re-decorating project on all three floors. Our Director, Administrative Assistant and Chef have all been here since we opened in 1999. We are 5 minutes from Northwestern Medical Center Delnor Hospital, Geneva Commons and many grocery stores – yet when you look out your windows or sit on your patio you are looking and farmland. Our maintenance free apartments range in size from 645 sq ft. to 1542 sq ft. all with outdoor patio/deck areas.
