At Clyde Gardens Place we provide assisted living in a fun, laughter filled environment. We are located in Clyde, Ohio, at the southern end of town. We are a small community and the heart of our community is our residents and our caring staff.

  Our residents compliment us on our activities, our wonderful home cooked meals and staff that feel more like family than employees. Our full time Registered Nurse develops individual care plans to ensure personal and thoughtful care.

  We offer assistance with daily living in a way that promotes independence and preserves dignity. We can help with medications, grooming, housekeeping and laundry. We coordinate with third party care providers to offer such services as rehabilitation and hospice. Our registered dietician plans individualized menus that include three daily meals and snacks. Meals can be enjoyed in our beautiful dining room or can be brought to your apartment.
