Colonial Gardens – Fort Worth

Located on two wooded acres, Colonial Gardens has two large, single story homes, each with 20 private resident rooms surrounding a formal living room, an activity area, a dining room and an ‘open’ kitchen.  Every detail has been designed with the cognitive impaired person in mind.  Outside is a patio for casual dining and socializing, opening onto lovely natural grounds with wandering paths throughout.  Our highly personalized program is made possible by our small size and unusually high staff ratio.  All of the staff receives special training in working with the cognitively impaired.  Our philosophy of care is focusing on strengths, rather than weaknesses.
