At Country Place® Living every effort has been made to ensure that you are provided with
the very finest in supportive health care. This concept is called “assisted living.” And what
truly distinguishes Country Place® Living from other types of senior care environments is
our emphasis on “living.”

Among the many amenities you will find Country Place® Senior Living is a large inviting
space with plenty of light shining over the dining area, social area and patio which are all
centrally located. You may see residents sitting together sharing stories, playing games,
cards or putting together puzzles. For those cool fall and winter evenings our residents
gather around the cozy two-way fireplace drinking hot cider and telling stories from long
ago. Our dining room tables are adorned with table linens and seasonal centerpieces where
we feature three home cooked meals daily. Throughout the year we feature special dining
experiences with unique menus, along with home made bread and desserts.

Country Place® Living is all about choices. Our licensed and certified staff will meet with
you and your family members to learn of your specific and unique needs and desires. We
will then prepare a comprehensive plan designed specifically for you. We encourage family
members to participate in your care as much as possible. This on-going communication
between our staff, our residents, and family members contributes to your overall health and
well being. Our licensed and certified staff is available 24 hours a day for personal care
assistance.
