Covenant Home of Chicago

A gracious 55-unit assisted living residence rebuilt in a great Chicago neighborhood in 1997, Covenant Home brings a new style of assisted living to its urban Chicago neighborhood. Our building wraps a floor-to-ceiling central atrium, making the interior bright and cheerful. Studio, one- and two-bedroom residences are refreshingly spacious. Each includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

A choice of meal plans, enriching activities and regular housekeeping are included in our comprehensive package of services and amenities. Our programming features a diverse selection of social, educational, cultural and spiritual enrichment options. Every Covenant Home resident receives a complimentary membership in the nearby Galter LifeCenter, a fitness and wellness center associated with Swedish Covenant Hospital.

Because needs are as unique as the individual, we tailor personal care services to residents’ preferences and requirements. By adding a touch of service when needed, we help maximize the independence and well-being of each resident.
