Creekside Inn a Koelsch Senior Community, is especially tailored and carefully planned for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Choosing a home for your loved one with memory-related problems is one of the most challenging decisions you and your family will ever have to make. Creekside Inn aims to extend a helping hand in case the need arises, while encouraging them to maintain their individuality in a nurturing environment.

At Creekside Inn, we create a helpful partnership with every family to give the required level of care, concern, and attention your family member needs and deserves. To implement this, we seek the help of our residents’ family members for us to know their needs and inclinations.

We have registered nurses on standby throughout the day ready to assist our residents may it be during the middle of the night or on weekends. Unlike some communities who have CAN’s or train-on-the-job med-techs, we have certified nurses who are in-charged of administration of medication and treatment management. They are available the whole 24 hours onsite to decide on important matters during emergency situations and monitor the modifications in a resident’s condition.

Our Respite (short stay) or Care by the Hour Programs gives family caregivers a chance to take some time off from work for personal matters or vacations. Respite Care may also provide assistance in medication management, temporary supportive care, and to present the services and amenities offered at Creekside Inn.
