Senior Living
Leave the hassle of home and yard maintenance behind, and enjoy the freedom of retirement living! Select from plans ranging from 261 square feet to 1,406 square feet, all featuring a full kitchen. There are a variety of planned activities, both on and off campus.

Cummings Assisted Living
Our residents enjoy life to its fullest, secure in the knowledge that assistance is available should the need arise. Everything about the Cummings Assisted Living apartments is designed to help residents maintain their self-sufficiency, individuality, and well being.

Health Care Center
Because Lakewood Village’s Health Care Center is more personal in scale than the larger, somewhat intimidating health center alternatives, residents feel more at home here. They are able to enjoy their neighbors and benefit from close relationships with trusted, familiar caregivers who can provide personalized attention to their needs. Lakewood Village Health Care Center is staffed by highly qualified personnel, ranging from a Medical Director to a Restorative Aide. These individuals will provide you or your loved one with the highest quality of care available.

Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation services at Lakewood Village are provided by licensed therapists who are our own employees. Frequently, rehabilitation services are provided by contract therapy companies in the skilled nursing facility. By employing our own Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, we believe the continuity and quality of therapy is improved, which results in improved outcomes for the patients we serve. Outpatient Therapy Services are also available on the Fort Worth Campus. All therapy services require a physician’s order and are billable to Medicare and many supplemental insurance companies.

Home Health
Christian Care Home Health is a faith-based, not-for-profit, Licensed and Certified agency providing home care under direction and medical guidance of a physician to clients in Collin, Dallas, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties, since 1993.

Hospice
Christian Care Hospice is the newest addition offered by Christian Care Home Health Services, a member of the Christian Care Centers, Inc family of senior living communities. Christian Care Hospice a licensed and certified hospice agency since the Fall of 2006 is dedicated to providing end of life care and services to clients living in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Grayson, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties.
