Edgemont Place is a unique memory care community dedicated to residents who are living with Alzheimer’s and related dementia. The dedicated staff of Edgemont Place provides a high level of personalized care as a part of our Meaningful Moments program.
The Meaningful Moments program is unique to JEA and is built on a belief that past patterns provide comfort. Caring staff will learn about your loved one’s life and history and will develop a personalized care plan to meet physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.
