It is staffed 24 hours a day with trained, seasoned healthcare personnel and offers as much or as little care as a resident may want or need. In addition, Elmcroft of Hamilton Place has a licensed Health Care Director on call 24 hours a day.

Their Heartland Village memory care program employs the Best Friends approach to caregiving for those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Staff undergoes the Best Friends specialized training to better understand the personal care each Heartland Village residents deserves.
