Evening Grace Assisted Living

Evening Grace provides assisted living in our LLC two house community. Our six resident houses are licensed under the State of California- 197607017 and 197607451.

We are located in the prestigious Sherwood Forest neighborhood of Northridge, CA just south of California State University Northridge are some of the few luxurious assisted living communities in Los Angeles.

Our houses are wide and spacious with a size of 3700 square feet and 4100 square feet and are on one level which makes it accessible to our residents and they can freely move throughout the facility. Every house has 6 private rooms, caregiver’s room, 4 bathrooms, and 1200 square foot living and entertainment room. We offer fine living conditions, high-quality care 24/7, supervision and a ratio of 1 caregiver to 2 residents.

All our homes are meticulously designed and our private rooms have suite facilities. Every room is finished, furnished upon residents’ requests, bright, spacious, pleasant and comfortable. We equip all rooms with a door alarm system, heater and air conditioner, smoke detectors, TV cable, phone and internet connection as you please. Some rooms have patio access, private bathroom, and large walk-in closets.
