Fillmore Place

Fillmore Place is inner-city urban home which helps people that may be difficult to place due to diagnosis and financial resources.

The facility specializes in the care of individuals with chronic mental health disabilities.  We are able to work with clients who have a diagnosis of dementia as long as wandering is not a concern.  This is an older building that offers love and supervision.  Residents can expect modest accommodations, great home cooked meals, and a staff that offers a safe, secure and supportive environment.

Fillmore Place is a lower income style of assisted living facility.  We have provided clothes and supplies for those who have arrived at our door without anything. 

We have a knowledgeable staff who are able to help residents navigate the maze of social services.  We have worked a lot with veterans and people who are down on their luck.  What we lack in frills, we make up for in supportive care.
