Forest Manor Health Care Center is a new state of the art 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located just minutes off of Route 80 in Hope New Jersey. Forest Manor Health Care Center’s $19 million dollar expansion is the region’s newest, state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation care center. At over 54,000 square feet, the new 120 bed Forest Manor Health Care Center is four times as spacious as the previous nursing care center. Unlike many nursing care centers in Warren and Sussex Counties that have rooms with three beds, the new Forest Manor Health Care Center offers only private and semi-private rooms for the care and comfort of its residents — more privacy and more space.
The new Forest Manor Health Care Center has been designed as a modern 21st century nursing care center. All of our skilled care and rehabilitation rooms offer wireless Internet and flat-screen TVs. Our highly advanced nursing stations utilize cutting-edge technology and innovative health care programming.
Forest Manor excels in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and the only truly dedicated Alzheimer’s/Memory Care wing in the area. Residents and their families can enjoy the serene location with the peace of mind of high-quality care in a safe, secure and lovely environment.
