Fox Trail Memory Care Living is dedicated to caring for people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia in a secure, safe home setting. The general managers and staff develop individualized lifestyle plans that enable residents to use their skills, thereby helping to enhance each resident’s self-esteem, sense of accomplishment, contentment and quality of life.
