Golden Pond Health AFH is an Alzheimer’s memory care community located in Shoreline, Washington, King County. Our home is situated on a private road in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to Seattle to enjoy big-city amenities, Shoreline experiences a small-town closeness with plenty of its own amenities, including parks, a botanic garden, historical museum, and great shopping and restaurants.

Our staff are specifically trained to understand the behavior and needs of those with Alzheimer’s and related forms of dementia. The residents are met where they are in the moment and gently guided through their day. Our residents blossom at Golden Pond because they live in an environment where they are not defined by their shortcomings, but valued for their individuality. Our residence provides a sense of security and structure to our residents. Daily activities, from fitness and exercise, to games and outings, keep life varied and interesting.
