In 2000, Golden View opened The Inn, which has provided seniors of the Lakes Region and beyond with quality assisted living services since opening its doors. With the recent addition of The Terrace and The Cottage, Golden View now offers three distinct levels of assisted living, allowing seniors access to the care options of their choice, in a comfortable and intimate community setting.

Assisted living at Golden View boasts many room options, new and enhanced amenities including private suites with private baths and walk-in showers, living areas for visiting with family and friends, bistro style dining featuring fresh, seasonal dishes and signature items, comfortable outdoor living space, fitness options, and wireless internet access throughout. Plus there’s always something to do. Residents can choose from theatre excursions, food and beverage tastings, guest speakers, musical concerts, scenic sightseeing tours and more.

Memory Support Programming

Designed with the flexibility to meet the unique and changing needs of residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory loss disorders. Our consulting Gero-Psychiatrist collaborates with staff, primary care physicians and families to provide a multifaceted approach to each resident’s care, regardless of their care level.

In addition to quality health care, residents benefit from the security of their surroundings, supervision and compassion of our dementia certified, trained and experienced staff, tailored enrichment programs and activities designed to promote cognitive health, well-being and, of course, enjoyment, all in a safe, warm and comfortable environment.
