Hello, I’m Pamela Jackson with Hearts of Love Personal Care Home, and I would love for you to take a tour of our personal care home for your loved one. Our home is located in Stone Mountain, GA. We’ve been in this line of work for over four years, and our staff are highly trained and experienced in their work. Our home is fully capable to provide care for residents who live with dementia and need assistance with their ADL’s(activities of daily living). In our hands we will provide a loving and caring home for your loved one. . We have two homes available in the area for you to tour.
