Highgrove at Tates Creek

Highgrove at Tates Creek is located in the Tates Creek area of southeast Lexington, just south of Man O’ War Boulevard. The community is constructed on a beautiful site consisting of rolling hills, mature trees and a winding creek.

At Highgrove at Tates Creek, we provide service with dignity. We believe that developing personal relationships with our residents is the most important part of our day. We strive to create a community that contributes to overall wellness while empowering residents to be independent and social.

Living options include independent living, assisted living and memory care residences. Our certified assisted living community offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Our memory care residences are private studios. Our independent living cottages will be available in 2018.

We come to meet your loved where they are most comfortable. It is a wonderful opportunity to hear and see their story in the home they have created. We will bring their favorite soup, a home cooked meal or some warm cookies.
