Highland Place

Highland Place is located in the lovely town of Inverness, Florida. Inverness is in a beautiful wooded area of Florida and is known for its many festivals and celebrations held throughout the year. Highland Place is located on the east end of town just two miles west of Henderson Lake.

Highland Place is an active community which believes in assisting seniors to maximize their independence. We offer many activities that engage both mind and body:

• Transportation is provided for shopping, errands and enjoying the sites around the area
• Two nearby universities provide opportunities for plays, lectures and music

  We offer care for those seniors needing help with daily activities as well as seniors who have Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our kind and compassionate staff will assistance with medications, grooming and transportation to medical appointments. We also offer on-site home health and hospice services.

  At mealtime, residents gather in our spacious restaurant style dining room to enjoy home cooked meals and conversation with friends. All of our menus have been created by a registered dietician to be as nutritious as they are delicious. Alternate selections are available and we can accommodate special diets as needed.
