Hilltop Country Estate

Hilltop Country Estate is an exclusive community of 10 residents offering an individualized and personalized care in a warm and homelike atmosphere. We serve seniors who are frail needing close supervision and assistance including those who may be suffering from different forms of mild to moderate dementia. We are located in the picturesque golf course community of Hidden Meadows in North Escondido. Our facility sits in approximately 10 acres of land with the panoramic view of the mountains and valley where our residents can enjoy a park like setting with blanket of green grass, walkways, mature oak trees, fruit trees, water fountain and a wrap around patio for quiet relaxation and enjoyment. We have been in operation for over 10 years with a team of trained and dedicated staff of caregivers who are all committed in providing a high standard of care to meet the unique and challenging needs of each of our residents. We also offer an ‘ALL INCLUSIVE CARE’ to give the family peace of mind of unexpected costs and charges each month.
