MISSION
Our mission is to be an extension of family for every person entrusted to our services by the community we serve, by providing the best care possible in a safe home environment as any loving family would provide for its own. Our focus is commitment to quality care and safety of the resident and to treat all with love and respect.
GOAL
Our goal, first and foremost, is that every resident who lives in our home(s) is happy every day, expresses freely his or her feelings and/or opinions anytime without fear of retribution. And all families placing loved ones with us enjoy peace of mind, knowing that their love ones will be loved, respected and free from abuse, neglect or exploitation.

WHO WE ARE
Hope Assisted Living is licensed by the Arizona Department Health Services (ADHS) after stringent vetting as provider of DIRECTED CARE services. We have five clients per home with staff-to-client ratio of two-to-five (two staff to five residents). This high staff-to-resident ratio enables us to monitor our residents closely 24/7 and focus on their care and needs. And in everything we do, we always make sure that our residents welfare is prioritized. Hope Assisted Living is RN owned and managed.
We have a team of trustworthy and competent staff whose criminal backgrounds and competency levels were checked prior to employment. Every candidate for hire must have fingerprints clearance card. Residents and families are assured that we provide only the safest and cost-effective care they deserve.

WHAT WE DO
We provide quality care grounded in respect and safety for our residents in a loving home environment. Also, we observe measures in constantly respecting our residents’ privacy.

Included in our services are:
? 24-hour patient monitoring
? Three meals a day
? Daily activities
? Licensed RN staff 12 — 16 hours a day
? Facility and regulatory trained staff
? Medication assistance and management
? Housekeeping and laundry services
? Transportation to appointments
? Assistance with activities of daily living.
