Hyland Crossings was purchased in spring of 2015 by Capri Communities whom is owned by the Tarantino family of Waukesha, Wis.The renovation was completed and Hyland Crossings opened in Fall of 2015 . We are located in a beautiful Sun Prairie neighborhood surrounded by family homes and schools.
