Kensington Place, as a member of the Lutheran Social Services Network of Hope, is dedicated to providing seniors with a comfortable, safe and inviting community with staff members who are compassionate, caring and professional.
Among the highlights of our community are:

•SeniorFit: a fully-equipped fitness center staffed by two trainers who can help develop an exercise program, work on balance, mobility, etc., and assist with equipment, all at no charge to the resident;
•a robust activities calendar that meet the needs of all residents;
•a live-in chaplain who provides regular Sunday services and bible study and a Jewish rabbi who leads a weekly Shabbat services;
•our secure memory care unit, Grace House, which is among the smallest in Columbus with 11 apartments and a home-like, family-centered atmosphere;
•a respite program geared to short-term or temporary stays, with a generous two-week minimum stay;
•companion suites, offering roommate-style accommodations with all the benefits of community living;
•an on-site guest apartment for visiting and out-of-town family and friends; and
•24-hour nursing and front desk staffing.

Included in the monthly rate are:

•Two or three home-style meals served daily in our restaurant-style full-service dining room;
•housekeeping and laundry service;
•a 24-hour emergency call pendant and pull cords in the bedroom(s) and bathroom(s);
•complimentary transportation to medical and dental appointments, as well as weekly grocery trips and other outings; and
•all utilities (including cable), with the exception of telephone.
