Kruse Village is located between Houston and Austin in the beautiful rural town of Brenham Texas. Kruse Village has been serving Seniors of Washington County for over 20 years and has built its reputation on quality care for our residents. Kruse is a full-service retirement community offering Independent Living Cottages and Apartments, an Assisted Living with a Memory Care Center, and a 24 hour skilled nursing unit with a full-service in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation unit.
