Light Heart Memory Care

Light Heart Memory Care consists of facilities that are all run on an identical model which is:
1. All Light Heart Memory Care facilities are licensed and Alzheimer’s certified. They are located in Clear Lake, Pearland, Sagemont and Webster. All our converted homes are spacious, large and have lots of natural lighting. They are gracious without being fussy or formal.
2.All facilities are licensed for 8 residents only.
3.Our caregiver ratio is 1 to 4. We have 2 caregivers on duty from 7am to 7pm. At night we have 1 awake staff for the 8 residents.
4.All 3 meals are home cooked. Snacks and drinks are brought to each resident mid morning and mid afternoon. Night caregivers will also offer food and drink at night as appropriate and sometimes necessary.
5.There is always at least one caregiver talking and playing with the residents all day. That is how our schedule is set up.
6.There are organized activities twice daily. At least one is focused on music and physical activity.
