We distinguish ourselves from a larger community by being able to offer more one on one attention to our residents. This stems from the fact that we operate in the comfort and safety of a residential home. However, we still offer all the structure and professionalism of a larger memory care assisted living facility. The benefits are obvious:

?Each resident gets increased attention and support since our resident to staff ratios are far lower than the larger properties. In fact during the busiest hours, two caregivers watch over no more than six residents. This is especially relevant for those with memory loss where more attention by familiar faces in a tranquil and safe environment can lead to less stress and agitation.

?Since our staff pool is smaller, our staff can connect with the residents and get to know their individual preferences.

?We equip our homes with a security system and electronic exits to minimize if not altogether eliminate wandering. Thanks to our small size, we can keep a close eye on our residents and keep them engaged.
