The owner operated community carves a tranquil, quaint community out of the hustle and bustle of the fast paced Dallas metropolis. The northern Texas location provides ample opportunity to enjoy all that historic Texas has to offer visiting family members.

Manchester Place Preston Hollow strives to be an all-inclusive group home setting boasting low staff to resident ratios in order to provide the ultimate in safe and secure senior experiences. Specially built Manchester homes are built as scaled down single family homes, allowing seniors to experience the comforts of home within a smaller, safer setting. Our team is carefully trained to treat each resident as if they were our own loved one. We exceed expectations to provide the best possible care, companionship, and stewardship to our residents and their families.
