Mason House, LLC

The facility is located on the Westside of Jacksonville. We have been in business since 2012. This is a home located in a residential neighborhood. It’s a six bedroom home converted into an assisted living facility with a homey atmosphere. The house is 2,343 square feet. We accept woman 18 and up. We accept mental health residents. We are a locked secured facility. We are a smoke free facility. There is free cable T.V., Wi-Fi, and phone service in every room. We have a visiting physician that come out to the facility monthly to take care of their medical needs. We use the services of a home health agency for occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, blood work, nursing care and x-rays that come out to the facility to assists our residents. If they are in need of end of life care, we use the services of Hospice at the facility. We do manage the resident’s medications and remind them of any appointments. Our facility has its Limited Mental Health.
