Memory Lane Cottage @ Tampa Palms is designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia related disorders. Memory Lane Cottage @ Tampa Palms is located off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and conveniently located to the USF Health Byrd Alzheimer’s Institute, James Haley VA Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Hospital and Florida Hospital of Tampa.
Unlike other secured communities, Memory Lane Cottage @ Tampa Palms is designed for only 20 residents. Each suite is fully furnished including a full bathroom/walk-in shower, cable television and sitting area. Our barrier free, technology-rich community offers unlimited (24/7) access to our 13,000 square foot courtyard with walking paths/trails, planting stations, sitting areas, fountains and outdoor patios. We are able to provide a higher quality of care by our staff which is supported by our unique smaller cottage design. Grace Marco, Administrator, provides the community with 15+ years experience as a trained social worker working exclusively with the elderly population as well as possessing the recognition as a Qualified Dementia Care Specialist. The community includes group activities in our community and develop activity care plans and outings exclusively for the individual which makes us unique in this specialized care business.
