Conservation of Individual Dignity & Improvement of Quality of Life is our Major Objective. ‘Ocean Villa’s intention is to build an environment as similar to that which you or your loved one would experience at home. As a state-licensed Assisted Living Home for ambulatory and non-ambulatory seniors, we provided high class individual care and attention within reach 24/7.

Our maximum capacity is up to 36 residents, which improves individual care and attention, and also fosters a welcoming and laidback living situation. We are situated in the beautiful coastal city of Santa Monica with magnificent ocean views from our Front Patio, Dining Room, and Living Room. We highlight expansive rooms, lots of reserved patios, verandas, and ocean views. Our gorgeously designed rooms and common areas are typically only found in a fine bed and breakfast.

Residents can unwind and/or mingle with others in our delightful parlor, a sun-lit sitting room with cozy antique furniture, a beautiful baby grand piano, and an inviting fireplace. Our residents are offered sumptuous meals in our ocean-view dining room, which are concocted in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Tray service could also be availed. We have discovered that our residents enjoy the liberty of choice.
