MountainBrook Village is a retirement community nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

Featuring all ground level apartments, we are located on 14 acres along the west prong of the Little Pigeon River. We have an active community of independent residents with a full activity calendar that takes advantage of all the things Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. Hiking, dinner shows and trips into the Smoky Mountains are just a few of the excursions we offer.

Sevierville boasts a moderate climate, with the beauty of all four seasons in the mountains. Centrally located along the eastern region of the United States, MountainBrook Village is within a days drive for those living east of the Mississippi.

Our assisted living features care from our loving staff and provides support to those persons who need some help with activities of daily living. We have a small dementia unit that provides a homelike environment for persons with a tendency to wander. The dementia unit has a lovely screened in porch and a large enclosed yard with walking paths and an arbor.
