Each building showcases a lovely, inviting living room with fireplace, large open kitchen, dining room, bright sunroom and an activity area. Seniors are welcome and encouraged to participate in the household activities of meal preparation, baking or preparing favorite recipes, or just enjoying the conversation and warmth in the kitchen.
New Perspective of Cloquet & Barnum offer private, handicap-accessible suites with private bath and kitchenettes, radiant in-floor heat, central air, and privacy blinds. There is cable TV in each suite, phone and internet access and a delightful patio with lawn furniture and grill, just ready for visitors!
Founded in 1998, New Perspective Senior Living (NPSL) is a family owned company that operates and develops Senior Living Communities throughout the Midwest.
