Our beautiful ranch style homes are designed and constructed to enhance the freedom, comfort and safety of our residents. This single story design eliminates dangerous stairways and provides independent access to the outdoors where residents enjoy the walking paths, courtyards and gardens.

Founded in 1998, New Perspective Senior Living (NPSL) is a family owned company that operates and develops Senior Living Communities throughout the Midwest.
