Northshore Senior Living – Knoxville

With a planned completion in late 2016, Northshore Senior Living will be the first development of its kind in West Knoxville. The project will include 68 suites and apartments available for assisted living, plus an additional dedicated wing for residents needing specialized care for memory loss. The complex will be located on seven park-like acres off Northshore Drive.

The lush and secluded property will include walking trails, a private lake, and a fire pit area, giving residents an outdoor experience comparable to that of a fine resort hotel. There will be a full-time activities director and a free local transportation service for things like shopping, doctor’s appointments, and social outings, which can completely eliminate the need to keep a private automobile. The residential complex will feature all the latest technological advancements, including state-of-the-art wireless technology for monitoring, security, and communicating with staff.

Northshore Senior Living will prioritize the use of eco-friendly features such as LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, low-maintenance cement fiber siding, and a super-efficient HVAC system.
