Park View at Laurel I is a senior housing community conveniently located Just off of Highway 197 on Briarcroft Lane in Laurel, Prince George’s County, Maryland. Our Savior Lutheran Church is just down the street, along with Super Best, Taco Bell, Sapphire Restaurant and Lounge and CVS pharmacy. Our residents enjoy our one bedroom floor plans with private baths and we have adaptable plans for our residents with disabilities. Park View at Laurel I is constructed in traditional colonial architecture style and is an attractive residence. Residents enjoy clean landscape and outdoor areas.
