Pendleton Manor is located in the downtown area of Greenville, SC and is owned and operated by Schonberg and Associates.  It is the oldest, most established Assisted Living in Greenville.  Along with the 35 bed assisted living, Pendleton Manor also has a 30 bed secured memory care unit for those residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.  Pendleton Manor, being a Schonberg property, prides itself for the kind, caring staff who treat each and every resident as though they were family.  Pendleton Manor has studio style rooms, offering both semi-private and private accommodations.
