Pond View Acres

Pond View Acres is located off a quiet, country road in rural Barrington, NH. The home allows its ten residents to move freely and enjoy the comforts of their own home. Three home cooked meals are prepared daily and the residents have the opportunity to get involved with the menu planning and cooking. Residents can decorate their own bedrooms with their personal furnishings and keepsakes, which make their surroundings more like home. We have a beautiful sunroom with a large fireplace for family gatherings, activities and naps.

Our activities program encourages our residents to stimulate their minds and bodies and their interests are welcomed. Our caring, compassionate, and professional staff is present twenty four hours a day.

We understand each resident’s needs and are responsible for overseeing their activities of daily living. We provide supervision of medications, monitor dietary and nutritional requirements, and assist with bathing, dressing, and personal laundry.

Communication is maintained with family members, which is important in the overall quality care of each individual. We are a ‘family’ not an institution, and the residents in our care are happy and cherished by all.
