Riverview Residential Place

Riverview Residential Place is a 40 bed, state licensed Residential Care II Facility that is located on seven and a half acres of the Finley River in Ozark, Missouri. Just minutes from Springfield and Branson, this facility offers a home-like atmosphere with 24-hour protective oversight for people who do not need skilled care. It is attached to Ozark Riverview Manor, a skilled nursing facility. Both are owned and operated by Dean and Denise Tlustos; Denise is a 3rd generation owner-operator.

The friendly, dependable staff enables the residents to maintain their privacy and reach their highest level of functional independence. There is 24 hour nursing supervision, daily housekeeping service and three home-cooked meals per day that allows each individual to continue an active lifestyle. Riverview Residential Place offers a sense of community, a sound peace of mind without the worries of home maintenance, and a sense of security in the event of an emergency.

Residents of Riverview Residential Place enjoy: Three home-cooked meals daily; Dish Network; nurse call system in each suite; smoke detectors and fire alarm system; 24-hour protective oversight by licensed staff; activities; weekly housekeeping including linens; laundry facilities for use by our residents; personal mailbox; prearranged transportation within Ozark; and medication distribution.

Riverview Residential Place offers suites that consist of a living room, bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchenette that includes a sink and small refrigerator. Residents are encouraged to bring small personal furniture and to decorate the suites to create a comfortable and homelike atmosphere. Meals are served in the elegant dining room overlooking the Finley River. No smoking and no pets are allowed.
