The community is extremely convenient to many local attractions and businesses including many cultural and art events, a variety of unique and well known restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shop, antique stores, beauty salons and barber shop. Most are within easy walking distance from the community and also include the world renowned Safety Harbor Spa and Resort directly across the street, the Safety Harbor Library located directly behind the community, the Safety Harbor Fishing Pier, Picnic Grounds, and Manatee Marina Park and Phillipe Park, a National Historic Landmark. We have nurse practitioners who see residents on site, as well as specialists who regularly visit the community.
