SAPPHIRE House is a ranch styled facility nestled in the heart of Westerville, Ohio. Fast and easy access to SR 161 and I-270, minutes away from Ohio Health’s Westerville Medical Campus and Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital. We are a part of the Huber Village community, surrounded by beautiful parks and nature trails. In our community, there numerous activities that our residents will be able to enjoy.

At SAPPHIRE House, we offer an alternative living and care option for senior adults, who do not have skilled medical needs, but need minimal to total assistance. Currently, we are offering 3 private rooms for resident living, one lounge for 24/7 staff, and a four seasons room for residents to use at their leisure.

We opened August 21, 2017, Combined, our owners have 10 years of experience in geriatric care, casework, health care management, and consumer satisfaction.

Ashley, who is the healthcare side of our team, is a registered nurse in the state of Ohio, with a background in geriatric care and has worked along side her mother who has been an operator of Adult Care Facilities for over ten years. Juny is the administrative side of our company. She has worked as a caseworker along side organizations such as Ohio Dept of Aging and Impact Community Action, and works in the field of healthcare information management.

With our combined experiences, we aim to provide an experience different from any other facility in Columbus. While doing so, we also aim to provide the same care and attention that we would want for our own loved ones.

We are certified by The Alzheimer’s Association in the field of Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
